Also, the traditional Dell technology to put a user removable BIOS chip, makes it easier to maintain and repair. The Sony Blu-ray techonology gives it the edge over other competitors.

Design, Keyboard and Mouse
A glossy silver body with chiclet keyboard makes it look nothing less than a Macbook. The clean design allows a lot of free space over the base and adds to the charm of the glossy looks the laptop carries. The black lid and lack of number pad disappoints but the over smooth look compensates. The multimedia buttons give a fast and easy access to a wide range of functions.

Connectivity
In addition to the usual hardware, i.e., card reader, audio in/out, 3 USBs and Bluetooth etc, it comes with a HDMI port, lifeline for any HTC and I Link S400.

Performance and Conclusion
The laptop’s a compact multimedia genius with its blue-ray vantage technology, it makes the cult but the battery back and weight disappoints. It’s a beautiful laptop overall, with Sony brand name ofcourse.

Sony Vaio FW Technical Specifications
• Processor 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile
• Memory 3 GB
• Harddrive 250 GB
• OS Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit
• Weight 6.4 lbs
• Screen 16.4
• Screen resolution 1600 x 900
• Graphic Card Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 MHD
• Battery Life 5.5 hours

HP offers its business range of laptops, amongst which EliteBook 8370 is the largest. All of you must be wondering how it is the largest. Well, EliteBook 8370 is the largest workstation. It is best suited for those who are into the graphics and designing job as it has an amazing “DreamColor” display of 17-inch, along with that it has got Nvidia graphics and latest Intel processor.
It has some astounding features like:
1. Blu-ray burner
2. 1GB NVIDI Quadpro FX 3700M workstation GPU
3. Anti-glare DreamColor display
4. Latest Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9300 Processor and much more

Its performance is very good and it is durable as well. Talking about its body, the screen casing’s outer body is made up of metal and plastic is used for the inside screen bezel. They say that the model has been tested according to the military standard MIL-STD 810F tests, thus confirming its reliability and long life.
The keyboard’s texture is matte so that the keyboard doesn’t shine after some usage due to the build up of dirt particles and exposure to different environments.
There are good amount of ports in it so that you won’t run out of ports to perform different tasks.
Overall the laptop is good and best suited for those who like to work more and probably “the” best for those who are designers.
